“Always resell the things you love.”

Originally a farm girl from the Midwest and a fourth-generation vintage hunter, Jade learned from an early age to appreciate the character and quality of vintage. From barns and bone yards to flea markets and antique shops she has always enjoyed searching for great deals, forgotten gems, and special finds that have stood the test of time. In 2021, what began as a familiar foray into retail therapy inspired Jade to begin her vintage venture, Voodoo Lobster, on Instagram, where she connected with IG’s community of fellow vintage enthusiasts, resellers, and collectors. Jade has grown her account and built a small business while working as an admin assistant and full-time dog mom. Jade feels lucky to call Voodoo Lobster her “side joy” and hobby - giving her greater purpose by sharing the beauty of vintage with others. Jade enjoys hunting for mid-century treasures in her current home of Greensboro, North Carolina and finds her best pieces at estate and yard sales.
